To ensure a relaxing environment for you and other guests, children are not allowed during your hair appointment unless they are receiving a service.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give a 24-hour notice.

Cancellations within a 24-hour time frame a 25% late cancellation fee will be charged. No show appointments will be charged a 50% fee. If the appointment is rescheduled within 2 weeks, the fee will be applied towards your service.

In the event that you are unhappy with your hair, please contact your stylist within 2 business days and a complimentary adjustment will be scheduled within 2 weeks of the original appointment date.
